One to One Photography Days and Christmas Vouchers

DSC01117a.jpg

Just a reminder that I am now looking to restart my One to One Landscape Photography Days after the enforced covid 19 break. I feel that it is safe to continue with these now while obviously following guidelines on facemasks and social distancing. Obviously with these being outside the risk is reduced. You can book online on this website or drop me a line to discuss your particular requirements.

I will not be looking at providing any workshops until the situation becomes clearer early next year (hopefully!).

As always you can buy Photography Vouchers that loved ones can redeem towards the courses I currently offer. Details of vouchers can be found on the website along with the details of one-to-ones.

In the new year I will also be looking into the possibility of providing some wildlife photography one-to-ones so if you would be interested in this please drop me a line at scotttilley6@gmail.com

Buildling A Fake Hide For Wildlife Photography

My new Youtube video is now live. This week I take a look at building a photography hide to once again take on my nemesis the Common Buzzard. Believe it or not I have tried to get images of these stunning birds of prey close up for almost twenty years. Will this year be the year? Join me as I build a new hide to hopefully get the job done. As always like and subscribe.

The Sony A6400 and the Tamron 150-600 G2 For Wildlife (looks silly but it works!)

This weeks Youtube Video is now live. After the success of using the Sony A6400 and Tamron 150-600 last week in a hide situation, this week I use it as a walk around rig. So, less control over where and when the wildlife will appear. I have to admit it does feel like you left the camera at home and are just walking around with a lens (it's so tiny!). Anyway this video also gives you some tips on how to use any wildlife setup to improve your chances of a good shot. As always like and Subscribe if you haven't.

Wild Bird Photography with the Sony A6400 and Tamron 150-600 G2

This weeks video is now live on Youtube. This week I use my Sony A6400 (a very tiny mirrorless camera) with the Tamron 150-600 G2 (a very big lens) for some wild bird photography at one of my new winter feeding stations. A bit of a review of how it worked and hopefully some encouraging signs of good images in the months to come. As always like the video if you did and subscribe if you haven't. See you next week!

Beginners Guide To Fungi Photography

This weeks Youtube video is now out. This week I give you a few tips on how to get stunning fungi images using only your DSLR and kit lens, oh and a few things you can steal from around the house. As always comment, like and subscribe! See you next week!

Using Old Vintage Lenses on Modern Digital Cameras

My new video is now live on Youtube. In this weeks episode I look at using old vintage lenses from the 1980's on my brand new Sony A6400 mirrorless camera. Lenses for todays mirrorless cameras can cost thousands of pounds, here I show you that you can get stunning results with lenses costing less than forty pounds from places like ebay. In my opinion the first image ranks as one of the best landscape images I've taken this year, so what do you think? Fancy giving it a try? Please like the video if you do and subscribe to the channel if you haven't. Stay safe and see you next week!
